In these cases, it is nearly always a good idea to talk to the vendor and use the support you are already paying for rather than simply depending on the Maven Users list for support. For all we know, the vendor may have their own modifications to Maven which are not public that affect the build. It would be very difficult for us to support that kind of scenario.
