The xdoc plugin is giving the following parse error:
/target/generated-xdocs/index.xml : The reference to entity "cd" must end
with the ';' delimiter. Nested exception: The reference to entity "cd" must
end with the ';' delimiter.
when I include the following in my project.xml file:

Any suggestions about what is wrong here? How can I fix? Seems like the
parser is buggy - what do you think?
