Solved : I had to set maven.eclipse.output.dir = ${basedir}/target/classes
${basedir} is required to work as a multiproject goalNico.

The generated .classpath has an error : output is set to D:/workspace/target/classes
When run in the subproject (without multiproject goal) it runs fine -> output is target/classes
