Hi Dave, Did you ever find an answer to the question? I am having the same problem. I don't want the config files in the jar, just in the assembly.
I have tried to put them in the src/main/config directory, but they don't come over to the target. Perhaps I am trying the wrong thing... Any update would be appreciated.
