Are you using maven 2.0.4?
I 've had an issue with maven 2.0.1 and the idea snapshot not working
for it.
But it doesn't look like the same issue.
You're says "Error transferring file".
Try "mvn install" again or remove the plexus-util from your local repo
and try "mvn install" again.
