Brett, Do you need someone to maintain that plugin? If no one is maintaining it, I will volunteer... I've been using it fairly often recently and need it to work and be availible.
FYI - I'm using for two things. Native libraries I need to pull into a project from the repository and wring "installers" that need to collect dependencies (where i can't use assembly). It's a fairly simple plugin with fairly simple goals, and I don't mind taking responsibility for it. The dependency plugin is a known problem, which I *thought* had been fixed documentation wise recently. I was pushing for it to be moved back to the sandbox since it hasn't seen a release since it was moved to Apache (originally put together at mojo).
