When you bind to a phase, when does it gets executed? Are all goals belonging to a phase executed in parallel? Or is there an order? For instance, I have 2 mojos and I'd like one executed before testing begins (and after test-compile completes) and after testing ends (before the next phase begins). What is the best way to accomplish this?
