Np. I've toook some time this week-end to start working on that. I've attached a patch for my work in progress to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SSHD-40, but so far, I've only implemented direct-tcpip channels, not forwarded-tcpip ones, so not sure it suits your needs yet ....
