Tips for learning MyFaces source code

Hi,

Having recently struggled through the process of getting to grips with 
JSF principles and the MyFaces implementation of them, I've found the 
hardest part was knowing where to start.

I've now written up some hints on where to start for people who want to 
dive into the MyFaces implementation. It's stuff that I would have found 
useful when I started, and hope it's of use to someone else.
