Well I assume, as always, the Apache license is a bsdish license which
means everyone can use the code as long as some rules are followed (keep
the headers intact in the sources, add a file which clearly shows that
code from apache is there etc...)
besides that there are not too many restrictions on how you use the code.

It is alyways the problem between the licenses that the more liberal
licenses have to be more restrictive in the ways they can integrated
code than in the other direction.

So to sum it up, jboss can use the Apache codebase but not vice versa
unless they use a more liberal license than GPL or LGPL (which most of
their codebase is based upon)

Nothing prevents you hoever to do the integration in your project, it is
probably that you will be more bound by the rules of the GPL and LGPL
than by the Apache license.
