My own default CSS.

Hi,
         I'm able to Change the CSS on selection of SelectOneChoice and
binding to value to adf config file.
but initialy getting the ADF default CSS,How can set my one of my CSS file
as Default.
IDE: JDeveloper 10.1.3.2
Please Suggest me.
