OK, feel free to go ahead and start a new thread about setting up something
similar to tomitribe.com.

Starting that discussion would be a great contribution -- at some point
and, sure, why not start that discussion now, such an entity might be
useful.

However, for setting up that entity too, you will need to spend time. Why
not spend it where everyone else is focused on right now, in getting Apache
NetBeans released?
