You need to create Resourse File
(https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/menurc/versioninfo-resource)
For example I used:
https://github.com/Sova777/QFootballStat/blob/master/src/QFootballStat.rc
https://github.com/Sova777/QFootballStat/blob/master/qfootballstat.pro
or
https://github.com/Sova777/analyzeresults/blob/master/QAnalyzeFootballResults/QAnalyzeFootballResults_resource.rc
