Actually, expected behaviour - there are no updates for 11.1 there. That's different to saying that 11.2+ don't exist! There should have been a notice about 11.2 at some point, but it shows only once I think. It's come up before that the current behaviour for notifying of patches is confusing in terms of notifying of new releases.
