Thanks, but I've got no libraries in any WEB-INF/lib (Eclipse or TomEE), only in TomEE/lib.
Eclipse uses TomEE libraries for building and "takes control of Tomcat installation" to run the application. Everything else from JPA, EJB to Servlets run fine.
