although have noticed the following:

the only instruction that the digest mode manager seems to accept is
retrieval of a single message, contradicting advice given in the
automatic message (copy shown) below;

you may have to manually copy the recipient address and subject field
into your reply message.

The general use of the mailing list manager is not as good as the
libreoffice mailing list.
