However I am finding the program almost prohibitively difficult to utilise... The Tallest Dwarf, comprises as well as the main storyline - of course... "extensive" footnotes, which 'must' be presented to their optimum in a future production of the EBook.
EPUB does not support footnotes, and XHTML/HTML code exported by OO.o is rather terrible. You are better use some specialized software, especially Adobe one.
