Are you completely sure that you have downloaded openoffice software
package DIRECTLY from http://openoffice.org, which directs to
SOURCEFORGE website?
It appears, to my knowledge, that you have used another website to
download another flavour of openoffice suite, which most probably
contains MALWARE and similar stuff that surely drives you mad.
Please review your actions as to which website you did use to acquire
OOO, and please try to download SOLELY from openoffice.org.
