Table rows

I have run out of space in my table rows and I want to extend the table rows to 
add more items
but it wont let me, it just screws up the template and I have to use the undo 
button to get the 
table back to normal.
When I tried to go to the several FAQ and group forums, there was a warning to 
leave the 
page because of security reasons so I'm forced to ask you for help in this way.
