the unicode character codes for musical characters are summed up here:

if your fonts support them, then you are welcome to insert them throuh 'insert 
- special character'.

however, the topic is rather specialised, so most of the list members are 
likely to have never touched it and thus not quite catch what you need if you 
do not be more specific. eg, i do not even know how you attach notes in a staff.
