Harvey, Go to the <http://www.openoffice.org/download/> page.
To find older releases, look at the sidebar on the right column. Under the "Additional Resources" heading click the "Alternative download link (binaries)." That will take you here, <http://sourceforge.net/projects/openofficeorg.mirror/files/>. Notice that alternatives do not go back very far. The "Archived and legacy releases" will be where you will need to go eventually. I recommend saving a copy of the download on a CD or other backup medium so you can reinstall in the future. -----Original Message----- From: Harvey Waxman [mailto:hnwax...@gmail.com] Sent: Sunday, February 1, 2015 07:31 To: users@openoffice.apache.org Subject: latest version of OO I was happy with 4.0. I downloaded the update 4.1.1 and prefer the older version for several reasons. How can I get the old 4.0 back? I don’t see it on the website Thanks - Dennis PS: You have reached a public mailing list on which volunteers contribute to questions from other users like themselves.
