Hi Cannie, Unfortunately there is no single definitive answer to your question, because every template can be offered with different licence conditions. In *MOST* cases templates are offered with licence conditions which do NOT restrict their use for commercial purposes
The only way to accurately know under which licence the template has been released, is to visit https://templates.openoffice.org/en find the page for the template you are interested in using and read the "License" information shown there. In some cases the information may be shown in the form of an acronym (eg.
