[users] how to print envelope

Hello....I have just switched from Word to Open Office but cannot print 
the envelope for the letter I have just written.....I have referred to 
INSERT - ENVELOPE but it did not help.

My preference is for Open Office but I do need to be able to print the 
envelope, as I could in Word.....would appreciate your help.
