[users] OOo 1.9.78 toolbars viewing

(Writer) View->Toolbars->Drawing works ok for the session, but setting 
seems not to be saved (toolbar is not showed after reopening 
application). There's some way to save viewing setting or is this a 
(little) defect ?.
