Not when importing from MSO. Most of the problem that you see is the result of MSO not properly anchoring and/or grouping the graphics/objects. I can say this because I had to contend with this feature whilst working at one of the local hospitals. I discovered that if I anchor the graphics and export them back to MSO format they stayed put. SO in summary, this is the result of having to reverse engineer a proprietary format. Nonetheless if you take a few minutes to group any line drawings and re- anchoring them all will be well. As for wrapping, this does not seem to import well and I have not found an automated way to set wrapping universally.
