OpenOffice1.0? That's kind of old. Go to http://www.openoffice.org and download the newest version for Windows PCs. If you can't find the proper link or have any trouble, email back. This is quite a large file, though, so if you've dial up you'll need to either order a CD or borrow a friend's fast Internet.
