Eh, Perhaps you don't quite understand that OOo is open software. The mailing lists are the principle ( and very effective ) way of providing support. Software and support are free. "The developers" who can all be contacted personally on mailing lists, are a bunch of volunteers. Anyone in the entire Internet can file a bug, though it may not be taken seriously. And lastly, if I said something wrong, or just plain dumb here, somebody will correct me. Like democracy, it ain't perfect but its better than Microsoft.
PS if in fact there is no CA thesaurus ( theres regional capability for many languages ) then you could help write one, you don't need to be able to write code, just text.
