In an attempt to answer for Paul, it seems that you may have missed my post to this issue. There is a way to do what he wants through the use of F11. I described how to do that, and he replied that this works. The problem came from a difference in how to access styles between the 1.X and 2.0 versions. (If you want a copy of what I wrote, I can send it to you for documentation purposes.)
