We've had your program on our mac for several days and had good luck with it. All of a sudden, I can't open it. The logo is on the desktop but when I click on it, everything (on the desktop) disappears! There is another one on the vertical desk top that will bring up the small screen with the logo (open), read me, application signs, but I still can't get the program to open. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling the entire program, but nothing changed. I've spent hours on this and have gotten nowhere. Please help!
