I figured it out. I have the same problem using OOo vs 2.4.1 and 2.4.2. Then I went to the family computer/printer. Everything worked great! In summary, it's this printer via Windows. I should switch it to my Linux machine and see how it does. Why do I have separate Linux and Windows machines? Commercial tax software only comes in Windows platform. It's an HP OJ6310xi All-in-One

This has probably been addressed and I probably missed it. I like Openoffice.org 3.0 very much. However, one thing I have noticed, all my labels and business cards previously created in Openoffice.org 2.3.1 and 2.4.1 are so far off (shifted way to the left.) I try to Format/Page and adjust the left margin as large as it can go without messing up the right column of label. And it's still not enough! Is there a new procedure to do labels? Do I have to recreate them in Openoffice.org 3.0? Come to think of it, even the new labels I create do the same thing. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I've not had that problem - I open a label document in 2.4.2 and 3.0.1
side-by-side and they are the same on my system (linux). I've not tried
in the Windows versions.
