[users] Export to XHTML Doesn't Work

I tried to export a document to XHTML and an error message "The selected JRE is defective".
So I downloaded and installed the latest one. (It uninstalled the previous version beforeit would install itself.) 

No joy.

Windows XP Pro, OOo 3.0.0
