Please clarify. It was my understanding that I send messages to the
"List", then the "List" sends the message to those people who are
subscribed to receive list messages. If this is the case then the
"sender" from whom I receive the e-mail is the "List" and therefor the
reply-to SHOULD be the "List", no?

Configure your email app to flag moderated messages. When replying to
those messages, cc to the OP and set the "reply to:" to the list.
That was not the question.
Brian stated that RFC 2822 prohibits the actions of this list. If the
message is sent to me by the "List", the "author" of the message "I"
recieve IS the "List", therefor, isn't the list behaving correctly,
according to RFC 2822?

BTW, I have Thunderbird configured to flag un-moderated messages. Same
thing from a different direction.
