KAMI, I've registered and downloaded the code and programs. Note that
you do not have to be a US citizen to download, in fact the userguides
are written by a Canadian firm. The USPS provides code & fonts for
linux, windows, HP, Solaris, AS/400 etc. Sample routines & test samples,
and user guides are provided. I'll send you an email off-list detailing
each.
