formula format? Or, is this a bug ,
in OxygenOffice? I cannot determine if it is unique to my computer.
Can anyone else verify this? I will provide the .ODS spreadsheet
files upon request.

The down stream versions of Calc such as OxygenOffice changed the syntax
to mimic Excel. It has been a common complaint on the Calc issues
mailing list. there are seveal Issues filed about it.
