No need to remember - and no use, since the estimate will change over time. The best answer is always on the web site.
When is OOo 3.1.0 coming out, or projected to be ready?

Note that it is usually sensible to follow the link, since the first page has been known to have an out-of date estimate. Currently, they both say that 3.1.0 will be available "not before: April 15th, 2009".
