Are you requesting the difference(s) between OpenOffice and Microsoft Office
(for which there are numerous comparisons online, including the archive of
this list), or between the OpenOffice odt (OpenDocument Text) and Microsoft
doc (Document) file formats? (And, if the latter, why? - it's a moving issue.)
I have only the open office version 2.0.2 document. is there any release
after this for the latest version.

The current version is 3.1.
