I can only repeat: the address you are *sending* from
(kjoephyl...@msn.com) is *not* subscribed to this list; therefore,
trying to unsubscribe from it will not work. You must have subscribed
using a *different* address and it is from that address that you must
send the unsubscribe request. As I said before, address X *cannot*
subscribe or unsubscribe address Y. Otherwise the way would be open to
all sorts of accidents and/or malicious pranks.

The address from which you sent the above message
(kjoephyl...@msn.com) is *not* subscribed to this list. For
security/privacy reasons one person (as defined by an e-mail address)
cannot unsubscribe another. If you want to unsubscribe you must send
the request to users-unsubscr...@openoffice.org *from* the subscribed
address. The subscribed address will then get a confirmation request
which must be replied to. Once that has happened the address will
receive a last "goodbye" message and that's it.

I think the fact that you are cc'ing here with your responses is leading
her to believe that she is in fact still subscribed. I suggest ignoring
her for a bit. If she then still receives list mail I would tend to
believe she has subscribed with a throw away email address that she has
forwarding list mail to her real address. I can't think of any other
way she could be receiving list mail while unsubscribed.
