Arrived on site at 0810 every day, wait for Tanya or Jade to go in first, then you & Byron in, lock the front door, change 2 calendar 2. On Monday only after 3 or 5 Bank employees inside the bank, around 0835 to 0840, you can go up to the lunch room put your stuff aside & grab the window cleaner & cloth & back down stair, remember to sign in, & clean 2 entrance doors inside the bank, 2 front doors & the ATM screen. 3. Another 2 employee with be at about 0850 to 0900, keep a look out the front door & car park, the last employee will be arrive at around 0915 ( Monday & Friday only ). 4. After that at between 0915 to 0920 you pick up the cloth & window cleaner put back inside the sink cabinet, you can made you own coffee & go for lieu, back down stair at 0925 get ready to all door secure & lock before 0930 bank open for business. 5. Between 0830 to 0930 sometime delivery parcel from TOLL ( Warren) will knock on the door, ask for ID let him in. 6. Monday to Friday Bank staff will reload the ATM machine at around 0840 to 0910 please remember to let the staff in & out the Bank. remind the staff to check item ( alarm, letter box, check credit card, and add deposit envelop, ) just observe & let them know if they forget to check above item. if the staff left any item on top of ATM or in the chair, just grab them & let them know. 7. Just wait for the signal from the Bank staff, they will let you know they are ready to open the door & let customer in. 8. Mon to Thurs close at 1600, Fri at 1700 add another half an hour inside the bank, they will let us know when we can leave. 9. On Tues only after the bank close, empty the bin near the toy area. 10. On Thurs only let Byron know he take bin out open the door for him, always double check the front entrance lock before you move away.
