No, its not... you could do what every other sane list server does and
disallow posting from non-members.
Hold on - check the headers of the OP - they are subscribed. This incident
is not one of of it getting through the filter but of a subscribed poster
posting 'adverts' ...
I've searched for this user on all the lists that he posts on but I've come
to the conclusion that he signs up for the list, posts the message, then
unsubscribes. I can find no record of him (just searched for it then) at
all.
I'll keep monitoring the list but if anyone has a brilliant idea - feel free
to share.
