I am assuming that you're using one version of Windows. :) I have only a German version of Windows, but you should be able to locate something like "system settings". Please go there, to the submenu "software" and choose "uninstall" for OpenOffice.org. Please make sure, that you have the original install packet for OOo, since OpenOffice.org needs those files to uninstall the software. I hope, this helps.
