Regarding your comment about my sobriquet, I adopted it after a previous
encounter with the bottom-posting martinets. They always seem to get
around to personal attacks and this just lets them display their
character a little earlier in the discussion.

Well, Brewster, you've chewed it over at some length on several
occasions. Get used to the idea that given the same facts, different
people will reach different conclusions, equally valid. Some people,
more experienced than you in email lists and internet forums, find
top posting preferable. It's not just the newbies, the ignorant and
the inexperienced.
