When I do this sort of thing, I use a separate style using an indent and
a smaller font. If you are unfamiliar with styles, look at Chapter 7 of
the Writer Guide at http://documentation.openoffice.org/
I actually have a template containing (inter alia) this style for doing
reports like this.
