Hi Linda, you could use a table an insert the quotation in there. After
that, you can give the format you would like. As you write in the
e-mail you use to do this many times, to simplify your work you could
save this stile (for the table) giving the name you like to this stile
and use it when you need it.

How can I do this and go back to the normal margin width after the quoted part?
