Paul,
It does not appear to be a virus. It maybe spam as the file is the same
that came through the list on the 5th, the only difference is the
extension. Both appear to be in CDF form which is for mobile phones and
being pushed by W3C. More info at http://www.w3.org/2004/CDF/ .
