Hi,
I'm wanting to get hold of the latest (3.2.1) Open Office software. When I
try to download it from your website or one of the mirrors it gets saved as
a Microsoft Word document, so I can't install it! I've downloaded the latest
Java software (6.0.210.73), but to no avail.
Your help would be much appreciated,

What is the full name of the downloaded file from www.openoffice.org? You may be able to rename it
to have the .exe extension instead of whatever it has -- your browser may be "protecting" you by
renaming the extension, without otherwise affecting the file.
