I logined, but not found totally similar bug. Then I sent one.

Interesting. I cannot use them. The system, or my own, not matter.
The "Add" button is disabled everywhere. But why?

As I see there is nothing same. In the older versions I had it, but now
nothing.

No, nothing QS here.
This is some internal thing. But I don't know, which files/dirs/conditions
checked on Enabling/Disabling "Add" button to make my next steps.
May I will install some regmon/filemon tool to check, what happens on open.
