If you are looking for a template there are many resume templates on the
extension site.
I believe the one I have was loaded with the Professional Template Pack
2 at:
http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/en/project/TemplatePack_II
File > New > Templates and Documents then
Select Templates category > Forms and Contracts > Standard Resume
