I've forgotten how to do something in OO, but I've done it before. There's an option somewhere to change a font from one font to another. I've used it when exporting to a PDF to get rid of fonts that really weren't being used, but in the document for some reason or another. I want to alter my current document so all occurences of the Symbol font get replaced by Arial. Can someone tell he how to get to the menu that sets this?
