[users] how do I generate an envelope template

I just installed the openoffice and I can't even generate an envelope.
I opened a new text document but the envelope is fed length-wise and I
can't seem to get it to print on the envelope correctly.  The help
doesn't even have envelope as an option and under address under help is
not any better.
