The official .debs aren't in experimental yet, only 1.9.125. As I said
in another post, it will probably take a few weeks before the official
2.0 is ready. Debian maintainers usually have to prepare build and test
packages for several hardware platforms, so the process can take a
while.

So far as I know, GCJ cannot simply be substituted for proprietary Java,
because it's not as advanced yet and requires patches to work with OOo
2.0.  Instead, the OOo packages have to be built with it.  If you can't
wait for the official .debs, you might nose around the Debian-OOo site
and see if you can find instructions for doing it yourself.
